Game-day hospitality is a standing crowd that wants somewhere to set down food. This Bali table answers with a white top 72 inches long and 26 inches deep on a gold frame, at 42 inches high. Guests gather around it to watch screens, eat and talk business. It fits client hospitality suites near the Caesars Superdome, Sugar Bowl sponsor lounges and Smoothie King Center pre-game spaces.
A Ziva Gold Mirror Bar nearby keeps the gold story consistent, and Payton Gold Black Bar Stool seating gives guests a break. The hosting sponsor's mark can go right on the table. On event days, venue access windows are tight, so we confirm loading times in advance and our crew delivers, sets and strikes the lounge across New Orleans without your team lifting anything.
We coordinate with venue operations for approved delivery windows, which are often set well before gates open. Share your credential and access details early.
Base it on how many guests stand at once. A 72-inch table gives a long edge on each side, so mixing a few with bar stools covers most suite layouts.
White is easy to wipe down between courses. For heavy buffet service, many caterers add a runner or serving trays.
